How to track AI tasks, progress, and completion notifications
Follow every background AI task from submission to its generated result or actionable error.

Course, lesson, cover, homework, transcription, and review generation continue after their dialog closes.
Step 1. Confirm that the task started
After clicking the generation button, wait for the success message and close the dialog only after the request is accepted. Do not click twice: a second accepted request can create a second charge and duplicate output.
Step 2. Watch the full history
Click AI tasks in the header menu or open teacher.subschool.ru/ai-logs. Filter by task type or status. Queued means waiting, processing means active work, ready means a result exists, and failed means the detail view contains an error or retry guidance.
Step 3. Open the result or diagnose the error
Open Details. Use the generated-object link when ready. For a failure, correct the source or required fields before retrying; repeated retries can spend balance. When email notifications are enabled, SubSchool sends an email after completion or failure, but AI tasks remains the authoritative history.
