How to manage a course after creation
Edit the saved course, organize modules and lessons, manage learners, preview access, and publish deliberately.

Open this area in SubSchool
Continue editing the existing course rather than creating a duplicate. Course-level settings, structure, and learner access are managed in different tabs of the same workspace.
Step 1. Open the saved course
Click Courses, search by title, and open the correct card. Read its Draft, Private, Public, or Paid badge before changing anything.

Step 2. Use the course workspace
The overview shows shortcuts to Edit, Students, Lessons, Preview, and Share. Check title, cover, access, learner count, opens, and average grade so you know which live course you are changing.

Step 3. Edit course-level settings
Click Edit. Update the title, descriptions, subject, grades, student goal, access, pricing, launch dates, certificate rules, grade calculation, author, or curator. Changing a paid course to free affects future access, and changing certificate or grade rules can change learner eligibility; save only after reviewing those effects.

Step 4. Maintain modules and lessons
Open Lessons. Add a module for a coherent stage, add lessons inside it, and use the available order controls so prerequisites appear first. Open each lesson to verify delivery mode, media, dates, homework, and exam status. A private or paid shell with no reviewed lessons is not ready to share.

Step 5. Manage learner access
Open Students. For a private course use the invitation action and the learner's correct account email. Review pending, active, and completed entries before removing access. Public and paid enrollment follows the learner-facing course flow; a chat message alone does not enroll someone.

Step 6. Preview and publish
Open Preview or the production learner link at class.subschool.ru. Check the card, price, description, module order, locked states, recorded media, live schedule, homework, and certificate wording. Return to Edit and choose the intended access state only after this learner-side check; then use Share for the production URL.
