How to use teacher statistics and review student results

Filter course performance, open course and learner detail, review assignments, exams, progress, and sales evidence.

Stats overview

Stats helps you move from a summary to the exact course, learner, and submission behind it. Metrics are evidence for a teaching decision, not a guarantee of learning by themselves.

Step 1. Open the overview

Click Stats. Start with the visible totals for courses and learners, then scan course rows for opens, enrolled students, sales, progress, average result, and work awaiting review. A dash means the metric is not yet available, not zero.

Stats overview
Review school-wide courses and learners with current summary metrics.

Step 2. Filter the question you are asking

Choose the date period, search text, course access/type, and the available pending-review or learner filters. Date filters affect time-based activity; they do not rewrite historical course configuration. Clear filters before concluding that a learner or course is missing.

Stats filters
Narrow the period, course type, title, learner, and pending-review state.

Step 3. Open a course

Click the course title or details action. Read opens as interest, enrollments as access, sales as successful paid activity, progress as material completion, and assignment results as assessed performance. Compare several metrics before changing content: high opens with low enrollment suggests a discovery or offer issue, while enrollment with stalled progress suggests a learning-path issue.

Inspect opens, learners, sales, progress, assignment results, and trends.

Step 4. Find a learner

Use the course learner table to compare access status, progress, average grade, latest activity, pending review, and certificate state. Search by the learner's account name or email and open the detail row; do not export or share another learner's data outside the permitted school team.

Course learner table
Compare learner progress and open the person who needs attention.

Step 5. Read learner detail

Review module/lesson progress, attempts, ordinary assignment results, the weighted course-exam lesson, and—when the course prepares for an exam—the separate entry and final diagnostic results. Check timestamps and attempt count before assuming a low score reflects the current version of a task.

Student detail
Review progress, ordinary work, exam results, and recent activity.

Step 6. Review work requiring judgment

Open a pending essay or interview. Play or read the complete response and attachments, score each configured criterion, add specific feedback, and save. AI review can assist, but the teacher remains responsible for the final feedback and must correct unsupported suggestions. Refresh the learner detail to confirm the grade and course average updated.

Assignment review
Grade essay or interview evidence against criteria and leave feedback.
